1. Scope
This notice describes the static website at barneshomeschoolpartner.com. It does not describe the separate private product prototype or any future account-based service.
“BHP,” “we,” and “us” refer to Barnes Homeschool Partner as the operator of this informational website.
2. Information handled
The website has no mechanism for a visitor to submit or store personal information. In particular, it provides:
- No account creation or sign-in.
- No contact, registration, newsletter, survey, or upload forms.
- No learner profiles and no collection of child or education information.
- No analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or behavioral tracking.
- No cookies and no browser-storage feature used by the site.
- No third-party scripts, remote fonts, embedded media, or external API calls.
Cloudflare, the hosting and domain-network provider, may process ordinary technical request data such as an IP address, time, requested path, browser or user-agent information, referrer, and security events to deliver, secure, and operate the website.

4. Cookies and similar technology
The current site code does not set cookies or use local storage, tracking pixels, or comparable browser identifiers. For that reason, the website does not display a cookie banner or a nonfunctional “Cookie Settings” control.
If optional technology is proposed later, it must remain disabled until the relevant inventory, disclosures, approval, and preference behavior are complete. Any required preference choice must work before optional technology loads.
5. Hosting and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare domain-network services for hosting, content delivery, transport security, request handling, and abuse protection. The website does not use an analytics, advertising, email, payment, account, or learner-data provider.
Provider-side security and operational records are controlled under the provider’s service terms and settings. BHP does not use those records to build advertising profiles or market to visitors.
6. Children’s information
This informational website is intended for parents and guardians. It has no child accounts, no direct-child experience, and no place to submit learner information. Please do not attempt to provide a child’s personal, educational, health, or other sensitive information through the public website.

7. Privacy choices and requests
Because this website has no submission mechanism, BHP has no site-submitted visitor record to access, correct, download, or delete. The contact status page explains the current absence of a monitored privacy inbox. Do not send personal or child information to an unrelated address or channel.
8. Security and retention
The site minimizes risk by remaining static and free of accounts, forms, third-party scripts, and visitor-data storage. It uses HTTPS and response headers intended to reduce common browser risks. No website can be guaranteed completely secure.
BHP retains no information submitted through this site because there is no submission mechanism. Provider-side operational records follow the provider’s applicable controls and retention settings.
9. Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated before the website adds a form, account, analytics, advertising, email collection, learner information, or another material data flow. The effective date above will change when a material revision is published.
